Safety is more than a priority at Haskin Aviation; it is part of our mission. We are proud to maintain an accident and incident-free record, and we employ rigorous standards and practices to deliver safety and security to every client. We know how important it is to get you and all of your guests safely to your destination. Read on to learn about the policies and standards we have in place to protect our valued clients.
Our company was founded by professionals with decades of experience in aviation. All of our flights are flown with 2 professionals with thousands of hours of experience. In any situation that arises, your pilot and co-pilot are equipped with the knowledge and skills to safely reach your destination.
We have a company-wide Safety Management System (SMS) in place, including strategies for mitigating risk and promoting safety among all of our employees. All of our safety policies meet or exceed FAA regulations.
Additionally, we are registered with WYVERN, which lets us share our safety data and allows us to connect with hundreds of other members of the safety data network. Haskin Aviation is also a member of the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA).
At Haskin Aviation, all of the planes in our fleet are regularly maintained by highly experienced technicians. All of our maintenance is tracked using CAMP software. Our software lets us access all manufacturer required routine maintenance requirements, as well as a vast network of safety and compliance professionals.
Although our pilots are highly experienced, they still undergo rigorous simulator training every six months to keep their skills up to date with developments in the industry. Our pilots use CAE and Flightsafety simulators, which realistically recreate emergency situations using virtual simulators that mimic the actual experience. They are also able to take courses, seminars and other continuing education tools to sharpen their skills and broaden their knowledge.
Our crew members also go through Aircare® FACTS training to learn about how to react in emergency situations. Crew members have the advantage of a variety of classes, seminars, and other training at Aircare®’s Dallas training center. They regularly learn regular safety procedures and emergency drills, including evacuations, equipment malfunctions, evacuation, and more. In the event of an emergency, your flight crew has the know-how to respond to each situation.
Safety is not limited to your experience in the air. We are also committed to your protection on the ground and following your flight experience. We know that flying privately allows passengers a high level of freedom. However, we are committed to a safe flight, so we employ a TSA security program that will allow you and your passengers to fly with peace of mind.
All passenger information is kept confidential and secure as well. Our data protection policies are designed to keep all of your information private. We value all aspects of safety and security. You can trust Haskin Aviation to protect your privacy.
